The loudest choice isn't always the best one.
Nine friends, three restaurants. A show of hands picks Tacos, 4 to 3 to 2, even though the other five people ranked Tacos last.
Bestof counts everyone's whole ranking, not just first picks. Pizza wins: it's in the top two for all nine people, so the whole table is happy with it.
